Prodigal Father?

Last month as Father’s day was approaching my men’s group was discussing the importance of being around as a father. Not just being around physically but also truly “being there” when you are there. Where’s Dad?

Friends and Family,

The title of this comes from a classic message from Dr. James Dobson and Focus on the Family.  This was an incredible message addressing dads and the importance of dads being present. FOTF’s research showed that on average a dad spends 37 seconds per day talking with each child; not time caring for but time actually talking with their kids.
