Beach Muscles?

Friends and Family,

Every year from 1997 to 2005 we took a summer vacation on Fripp Island.  It still is one of our favorite vacation places for several reasons. Guilty as Charged?

We all do it.

We all are harder on ourselves than anyone else – we don’t give ourselves a break. Maybe one of the most extreme cases I have heard about is the story of Donnie Moore.  Twenty five years ago today the California Angels were 1 strike away from advancing to their first-ever World Series. Moore gave up an HR to Dave Henderson allowing the Boston Red Sox to come back and eventually win the game Read the rest of this entry »
